At Copper & Co, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for used or unused wax melts and related products. Please read our policy below for full details.
No Returns or Refunds for Used or Unused Products
We are unable to accept any returns or issue refunds for both used (melted) and unused wax melts, candles, or other related products for the following reasons:

Used (Melted) Products: For health and safety reasons, once our wax melts have been used or melted, we cannot accept them back. They can no longer be resold or reused.

Unused Products: Due to the nature of our products being consumables, we cannot accept unused items as returns. This includes unopened packages and sealed items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to help resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a resolution, we require the following:

Photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product(s).

The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we will process a replacement or refund based on the situation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow at minimum of 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to health and safety concerns, the following items are non-refundable:

Wax melts, candles, or fragrance products that have been used or melted.

Wax melts, candles, or fragrance products that are unused but have been opened from their original packaging.

Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualifies for a refund due to damaged or defective items, the refund will only cover the cost of the products. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
